The free 30-minute strategy call is a no-obligation consultation. It does not constitute a binding offer, a service agreement, or a commitment by either party. Any follow-on work is subject to a separate written proposal and agreement.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time via the Calendly confirmation link sent to your email.

4. Digital Products and Payments

Purchases of digital products (such as the AI Readiness Assessment) are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us within 7 days at ansonlowkw@gmail.com and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
